Hello Toan,

Do a search on the client computer for fme_license.dat.  If it is not
present at all, there are two possible reasons that I can think of:

1.  The client has not yet been licensed.
2.  FME is being licensed using an environment variable (probably
SAFE_LICENSE_FILE).  This is usually done if you have a back-up
license server available.

Information regarding using environment variables to license your FME
can be found in the FLEXlm End User manual that was included with the
installation on the server (I'd give the exact name and usage, but
unfortunately I'm not on a work computer at the moment...sorry).
