Hi,

I'm having alot of trouble translating our SDE annotation directly to
PGDB annotation. The textstring, size, angle, etc come across
beautifully, but the origin/justification does not.

Any annotation set as bottom center looks fine, but if it's baseline
center or something else, the placement is off. I've fooled around w/
geodb_h_align and geodb_v_align but just can't seem to get it right.
Also, curved annotation doesn't come across as curved.

Does anybody have any suggestions on what transformers to use? Thanks
in advance.
