Hi Sylvain, until you get a better answer, you could try using the AreaCalculator followed by the Tester transformer. In the Tester you would test on the resultant _area attribute and if it equals 0 it does not pass.
Even with 400000 features this may not take as much time as one would think, it may be worth trying. Hope this helps!
