Those wacky engineers eh? But I'm thinking at least on a project this size they would have it organized as to what levels they can use, which would make it easier to handle. As for simple, reusable translations, I think a custom format works pretty well here. Again it's just a case of getting levels sorted out. However, I imagine that if you can set up the scale/offset as an Affine transformation, then there is a TMAF projection that you can use in a custom coordsys to feed the affine parameters into to do the job. > Thanks again for your help, > Roland.
