i think rsbac is definitively better than SeLinux and really more configurable,
in fact there are a lot of nice models implemented that are not present in selinux.
if you are interested the rsbac ebuild for gentoo is being examinated so also
gentoo linux will have soon an easy way for installing rsbac without much troubles.
