Greetings Security Professionals: I know Blackhat may seem far away, but we're down to the two-month mark now, which means that training enrollment is going to start picking up.
I wanted to take a moment to announce a new training offering at Blackhat this year called "ISA Ninjitsu." Over the years I've delivered the popular "Microsoft Ninjitsu" classes at Blackhat with great response-- however, this year I have decided to focus strictly on the deployment of Microsoft ISA Server; thus the creation of "ISA Ninjitsu: Designing, Building, and Maintaining Enterprise Firewall and DMZ Topologies with Microsoft ISA Server 2004." I am particularly excited to announce that Microsoft has again shown their commitment to the security sector by officially sanctioning Jim Harrison of the Microsoft ISA Server Sustained Engineering Team as my guest trainer at this event. Jim is truly an ISA Ninja, and we are extremely lucky to have him as a trainer. Chuck Norris does Jim Harrison's laundry, and Jim doesn't even tip him. We've also got supplemental course material provided by none other than Dr. Thomas Shinder, M.D. of ISAServer.Org fame. Dr. Shinder is an ISA Server MVP, and has made huge contributions to the industry for his work in ISA Server configurations and modeling. The man is a badass, and I'm thrilled to have him provide some of the class materials. This is going to be a really great class- we'll cover some totally strong material and immerse ourselves in ISA Server technologies- we'll also have fun doing it ;) So, for those interested in ISA Server, check it out: http://www.blackhat.com/html/bh-usa-06/train-bh-us-06-tm-isa.html Thanks again.
