In response to your message, I scoured the Internet for references to a "Microsoft Security Clamp." I only found references to two packages: Windows XP Service Pack 2, and a security patch for Outlook 2000. If this "Security Clamp" package actually exists and is not one of the aforementioned packages, Microsoft is keeping it securely clamped away from the IT masses. ;)
