make sure u buy urself a pocket sized qur'an before u leave for saudi because there's gonna be a lot of waiting around so instead of wasting time, pray qur'an. even when ur in mina, u can make use of it... or when ur in the haram waiting for the next prayer time, etc. or just whenever!
