The following positions and required qualifications have been identified: Senior Seismic Interpreter Functions: a.. Primary responsibility will be seismic interpretation/prospect generation with additional responsibility for seismic field acquisition and processing The successful candidates should have: a.. Msc in Geophysics/ Geology or equivalent. b.. At least, ten years of experience in the described functions. c.. Other areas of interes include signal enhancement techniques for stratigraphic/litologic methods, reservoir geophysics,inversion methods/structural and stratigraphic modelling, direct hydrocarbon detection and field acquisition techniques. d.. Full conversant in interpretation workstations and technical application (Charisma and Geoframe package ). e.. Familiar with main exploration plays in South America, Africa, FSU or Far and Middle East. f.. Fluent in Spanish will be an asset Senior Geologist Functions a.. Undertake geological control of wells. b.. Obtain, process and interpret geological data with the best quality criteria c.. Generate "play concepts" and define the petroleum systems, integrating various geosciences disciplines. d.. Contribute to the generation, evaluation and ranking of the prospects. e.. Collaborate on the location and the objectives for exploratory wells and evaluate recommendations for additional studies. The successful candidates should have: a.. MSc in Petroleum exploration, Petroleum geology Geophysics or equivalent would be an advantage b.. Proficient in the latest geological techniques c.. Familiar with main exploration plays in South America, Africa, FSU or Middle and Far East. d.. They participate in small multidisciplinary teams with responsibility for evaluation of exploration opportunities within our New Ventures Group. e.. Familiar with main exploration plays in South America, Africa, FSU or Far and Middle East. f.. At least, ten years of experience in the described functions. g.. Fluent in Spanish will be an asset Reservoir Engineer Functions a.. Design, supervise and interpret the production tests. b.. Cooperate on the evaluation of the reservoir. c.. Prepare the Reservoir development plan, and the evolution of the recoverable reserves. d.. Establish the production parameters for the design of surface installations. The successful candidates should have: a.. MSc in petroleum Engineering or equivalent would be an advantage. b.. Proficient in the latest techniques and fully conversant with interpretational workstation and technical applications (Pansystem, Welltest200) c.. Fully conversant with basic reservoir engineering tools ( PVT, material balance, flow in pipe). d.. Experienced in well test design, interpretation and supervision as well as in reservoir simulation, Production Logging programmes, well stimulation programmes, and development programmes. e.. At least, ten years of experience in the described functions. f.. Fluent in Spanish will be an asset Geophysical Specialist in Acquisition Functions a.. Analyse, design and determine the parameters of Seismic Acquisition 2D and 3D onshore and offshore. b.. Prepare and evaluate license negotiation and technical contracts of the Acquisition of Geophysical Data. c.. Supervise the works relating with the acquisition of Data preliminary tests, ........) d.. Study, propose and promote the incorporation of new technical methods and control the implementation. The successful candidates should have: a.. MCs in Geophysics or equivalent b.. Knowledge of Seismic Data processing, technical Contracts and license negotiation. c.. Fluent in Spanish will be an asset.
