Kalo karyawan kontrak Tripatra kenapa CPI musti minta ijin (approval)ke BP Migas ya ? Tapi ya mau kontrakan tipatra, triparti, trisula atau yg lainnya ... prihatin juga kalo sebanyak itu trus akhirnya 'nganggur' trus rame-rame pada rebutan nyari gawean kan ?
Bisa-bisa harga pasaran Tenaga Kerja anjlok kalo semua saling bersaing ... pekerjalah nanti yg akan rugi sendiri .... dan pengusaha lagi yang lebih diuntungkan ... :( Denger-denger bebrapa perusahaan migas di jkt ada yg ngga lagi meng'hire'(mengangkat) karyawan permanen, hanya kontrak saja ... namun perolehannya sama persis dengan permanen ... mustinya yg kontrak lebih besar doonk.... kan kumpeni ndak perlu repot2 ngasi cem-macem yak :p ...
