Please remind that the deadline of JCJ2003 paper submission is 3 days more (31 October 2003). If you have not submitted your paper, please do it now. Failure in sending your paper before the deadline will cause your name deleted from the list on the website and your paper sent after the deadline will be rejected. We therefore urge you to check the list on the website to make sure that you, or your colleagues, have sent the paper. The committee will now apply strict paper acceptance due to time limitation and our plan to communicate the edited accepted-paper to the author to ensure that the convention participants will receive good quality papers.
