When you say that "the work is supposedly being done on my old Eudora software," do you mean that NAV's "E-mail protection" is configured for Eudora, not Outlook Express? (The E-mail protection scans incoming E-mail attachments as they arrive, before you have a chance to do anything with them.) If so, you can change these settings by opening up NAV 2001, then clicking on Options in the menu at the top. In the box that opens up, click on "E-mail protection" in the left-hand column. Now on the right you'll see a box listing one or more E-mail "clients" (programs). One of them should be Outlook Express, with your E-mail address. Make sure that there is a checkmark in the little checkbox next to this listing, and you should be all set. There's no problem having multiple E-mail clients protected by NAV, so you don't have to do anything about your old Eudora.
