I also received note of this last week on another list I'm on. When I checked my settings, all the "I want to receive notices from Yahoo" categories were checked "yes", but the 3rd party was still checked to "no" (I changed the Yahoo ones to "no" as well). Interesting that yours was changed and mine was not. I think I'll check it from time to time over the next period.
