Sue- There is a tool (a small program) to help remove Klez from an infected computer, that is available from Symantec. This has to be run manually - it does not protect the computer, only cleans up the damage after it happens.
If your Norton Antivirus definitions are up to date, NAV should catch any Klez-infected E-mails before they can harm your computer. To check the date on your virus definitions, open up Norton Antivirus - you can double-click the little icon at the bottom right of your screen. Look for a line in the NAV window that says something like "Virus definitions", with a date. If that date is more than a week ago, run Live Update, which will download and install the latest virus definitions. Any virus definitions after late April should catch all versions of Klez. If anyone finds that your virus definitions are from before late April, then you should run full virus scan of your computer after updating the virus definitions.
