issue of Web site accessibility.  Closer to home, check out AbilityMaine, 
"Maine's Online News Magazine and Resource Guide for People With 
Disabilities," which is a project of Resources for Organizing and Social 
Change (ROSC, formerly known as INVERT), a HelpNet member organization.
