At the HelpNet meeting last Tuesday evening, we had a demo of Macromedia 
Contribute, a program I think will work well for many Helpnet members.  It 
retails for $100, but if you're a 501(c)3 you can try Macromedia's donation 
program.  The application form is on the Web at:

I'm told it takes 4-6 weeks to receive the donation, sometimes 
longer.  Contribute is $25, with additional licenses for $5 each.  There 
are similar huge savings on other, more expensive Macromedia programs, like 
Dreamweaver.
