Once you have it in Access, you need to create a "report" to display the data. Use the Label Wizard - it walks you right through the steps. If you have any problems, I can probably help.

Subject: [folkschool-list] access

Hi All,
We are trying to take a file created as mailing labels and saved in Word and put it in an Access file.  So far I can import it to the db but not in the format I'm looking for.  Any suggestions?
Thanks,
Ellen
