Fixed compiling errors with Boost 1.46.1 and bugs involving measure
barlines, tempo markings, mark events, and several other issues.  Added
a default `all' metapart for easily adding certain things (like tempo
markings) and some more dynamic marks.

        * libfomus: fixed barlines appearing incorrectly or missing
        * libfomus: fixed type checking for objects other than notes
        * libfomus: added `fp', `fzp', `sfp' and `sfzp' marks
        * libfomus: fixed `*' character not being recognized in tempo
          string when it's the first character
        * libfomus: added settings `init-tempo' and `init-tempo-text'
        * prune: added setting `mono' to force notes in the same voice to
          monophonic line
        * libfomus: new built-in metapart `all'--things like tempo marks
          can now be easily sent to all parts
        * libfomus: fixed obscure bug that caused copied FOMUS data
          instances to use the default part of the copied instance
        * libfomus: added FOMUS_BUILTIN_PRESETS_PATH environment variable
          to make library completely relocatable
        * libfomus: fixed compilation issues with Boost 1.46
        * libfomus: added `fill' setting

0.1.16-alpha

Now compiles properly in Fedora 14.

        * libfomus: fixed undefined symbol error when compiling with Boost
          1.44 in Fedora 14
        * divrules: tweaked short-long-short syncopation (appears a lot in
          the Milhaud example)
