SWIG with the absolute minimum of Pepsi back-end required to process 'cairo.h' -- nowhere near enough to be generally useful (although you might just be able to process gl.h and get away with it). The plan is to entirely eliminate this kind of glue soonish and teach the compiler how to understand C header files directly.
