Is there list of known "miracles" (not principles numbered in the illustration in page 5 of steps_TR-2007-008 report)? It can be maintained by VPRIers somewhere in fonc_wiki in simplest form: 1. Runnable debuggable semantics of particle and fields. 2. Compact abstraction of pattern-matching and transformation cases. ... etc. Such a list can be foundation to structure of "Major Progress in 2008" part of Report-2008. This part of Report-2007 had another structure: list of systems with miracles included, but I think reporting about miracles with supporting system can be more catching the spirit of this endeavour.
