It worked for the one particular shared library I was using then, but
using another one now, entirely different symbols are undefined.
The fundamental issue seems to be this: how can I convince idc to link
against the library found in function/objects? (How does the build for
Jolt achieve this? I'm a bit of a Makefile illiterate, I'm afraid.)
