We are predicting there will be enough interest to run a second printing. The donation of $125 is calculated by dividing the total cost of printing/shipping 100 copies by 50, the number that are being offered for donations. IOW, we'll just break even.
A second printing would offer all copies for donations, so the price should be half -- about $64, or less if we can justify printing 250 copies or more.
