Description of problem:
The kana characters of the font VL PGothic are not displayed correctly after
update of the vlgothic-fonts package today.

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1. use VLPGOTHIC on Firefox/Tagaini Jisho/gwibber and probably other apps
2. display text in hiragana and katakana
3.

Actual results:
For example, the hiragana string "WA RU I" appears as "wa RU i" with lower case
romaji to signify small hiragana characters, the one that one obtains with the
key sequence xwa, xi. 
Utsukushi as xuTSUKUZA.
Mixed script sting "nihon no fonto" (Kanji_hiragana_katakana) has it's kana
parts rendered as 'NE ByoWODE".
Katakana N appears as katakana WO_dakuten and so on.
