Description of problem:
freetype-config --libtool doesn't print anything although it should print
library name for linking with libtool according to its help.
Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
20.0.14

1. freetype-config --libtool

Actual results:
no library name
Expected results:
library name
Additional info:
if this option is not valid or it is supposed to print something else, please
change the help info accordingly
