Description of problem:
/usr/bin/fonttools dumps a traceback when calling.
$ fonttools
Traceback (most recent call last):
File "/bin/fonttools", line 11, in <module>
load_entry_point('fonttools==3.32.0', 'console_scripts', 'fonttools')()
File "/usr/lib/python3.7/site-packages/fontTools/__main__.py", line 24, in

IndexError: list index out of range
That would be better if that can shows more helpful usage or so.
