Description of problem:

Opening a link to embed.gettyimages.com in via shell command in terminal window
gives fontconfig warning

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

fontconfig-2.13.92-3.fc31.x86_64


How reproducible:

Invoke google-chrome as shell command in terminal

Steps to Reproduce:
1. google-chrome
'http://embed.gettyimages.com/embed/675997995?et=mJatvcIRSnhJEwaVyNnG5Q&viewMoreLink=on&sig=IT-Tv4SjTlgh-XJCk89RovkOWN6LuyrFqEKajXreC2s=&caption=true'

Actual results:

Output: 'Fontconfig warning:
"/usr/share/fontconfig/conf.avail/05-reset-dirs-sample.conf", line 6: unknown
element "reset-dirs"'

Expected results:

No warning

Additional info:

The file named in the warning is the only file in the directory with
'reset-dirs'
