emacs showing proper spacing in Gnome/Wayland session with the PCF files
installed:

    $ rpm -q emacs freetype harfbuzz pango terminus-fonts{,-legacy-x11} | grep

    emacs-26.3-1.fc31.x86_64
    freetype-2.10.0-3.fc31.x86_64
    harfbuzz-2.6.1-2.fc31.x86_64

    package terminus-fonts-legacy-x11 is not installed
    $
