Are those in some > other map? Shouldn't these fonts be reencoded in Unicode? I don't know. gfontview shows all the glyphs, and ttf2bdf produces a bdf font with all the glyphs. But I guess I need to ask the upstream author if he can produce a version with Unicode encoding vectors or something.
