Looks to me like you've attempted to install fontconfig from Red Hat Linux 8.0 on Red Hat Linux 7.x. If so, that will not work, nor will any 8.0 packages work on 7.x. You would need to recompile them on 7.x and possibly modify the packaging of some things. Hope this helps. TTYL -- Mike A.
