Will I continue receiving bills from BT?
Yes. you will receive one bill from BT for your line rental only, and one bill from eShop for all calls. BT will also be responsible for maintaining your line.
What do I need to do to connect to the service?
Complete an application on-line. That's all. We liaise with BT and make all the necessary arrangements. After we have contacted BT, you will receive two letters. The first advises you the date when you will start saving. Shortly after, we will send you a letter confirming that your service is up and running correctly. Around 5-10 days after we have receive your application, you will start saving.
