cannot find class java/lang/Thread

Hi,

I have installed FOP on my Sun station.
When I try to execute the fop.sh command, I get the following error
message:
"Unable to initialize threads: cannot find class java/lang/Thread"
Can anyone tell me if there is a solution to this problem ?
