Unknown namespace prefix fo

Hi fop users

I am facing a problem:

When I use fop_15 from the server. its is working alright, but the same code
does'nt work for fop_14. 

It gives the error - Unknown namespace prefix fo

The sample file which is provided with the version 14 also doesnt work.

Any solution is welcomed.
