+ Problem number 2 (table with borders overflows page) is fixed in the latest CVS
+ (6 Aug. 2001, to be released as 0.20).
+ Problem number 1 (borders don't work on table-row) will only be fixed when FOP
+ correctly does the collapse-border style. This is partly waiting on expected
+ clarification when the XSL spec. goes into PR.
