This isn't a bug. ! Use "darkgrey" or "lightgrey" as a single word to set all borders to the same ! color value. Using two words is interpreting this as "dark" for horizontal ! borders and "grey" for vertical borders. Since "dark" or "light" alone isn't a ! valid keyword, black is being used. !
