Hi all, I've got a problem generating outlines in PDFs using the outline extensions and fop v0.20.1: the PDF document gets generated okay but no outlines. This happens even with the example "pdfoutline.fo". I invoked fop using fop -fo pdfoutline.fo -pdf pdfoutline.pdf The JDK I'm using is from Sun v1.3.0 on a NT4 machine.
