Hi, Matt It's a Sourceforge project, quite new, that I started up. Eric Bischoff has since joined as a co-admin; he had the same idea, roughly. xslfo-proc is a C++/C XSL-FO processor project; the primary goal is high-performance. An XSL-FO library plus one or more executables are planned. It's in the earliest stages...there is some concept code, and I am working on high-level design. A requirements spec has already been discussed and posted. This project is meant to widen the appeal of XSL-FO, really. Another major goal tied to this is writing SWIG interfaces to the library. This could be just as useful to the Java community as it would be to people that prefer Perl, Python or Ruby, for example. xslfo-proc is not in competition with FOP, and I hope that in fact there is sharing of ideas between the 2 projects.
