ANZAC stands for Australian and New Zealand Army Corps. Anzac Day is a day where Australians and New Zealanders alike commemorate those who gave their lives in the defence of these countries. It has a great social significance for people from these countries.
Clearly Peter B West is an Australian or New Zealander who should have been enjoying a public holiday. Why he chose to post this message to the FOP developers list, however, is a total mystery.
