Dashes in a within filenames are of no concern for FOP, except for filenames
starting with a dash, which are supposed to be options.
The error messages is caused by a third non-option argument, consisting
only of characters which are invisible if printed on a consile, like
carriage returns.
It seems that the combination of Win95/98/ME command.com and some JRE
causes this kind of garbage to be passed to the Java code.
