Bug http://nagoya.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=7337:
<fo:block border="thin solid red"><fo:external-graphic
src="url(d:/fop.jpg)"/></fo:block>
generates image within a red square, but there is a space between the
top-border and the image, and between the bottom border and the image.
Almost the same in antenna and XEP, so looks like it's not buggy
behaviour, can somebody explain me shortly why it's ok, I'm too tired
tonight.
