Using Apache FOP to create multiple-page PDFs using PDFDocumentGraphics2D

Is it possible, by any means, to use PDFDocumentGraphics2D (or any other FOP class) to generate a PDF document with multiple pages, so that each page contains a slice of a larger graph created using Graphics2D methods?   Thanks,   Julio
