I don't think it is related to the forrest stuff at all. I recommend getting
a clean sandbox & see if the problem is still there -- I have had trouble
with my sandboxes from time to time. Or, at least go to the repository & see
if the files still exist there.

I just committed some additional information to the README that should help
a bit. Please feel free to expand it further, or, if it is sufficient,
