We're using the exact same SVG files as before, and they worked perfectly in FOP 0.20.1. The Batik SVG browser also displays them correctly (we used the same version that is bundled with FOP 0.20.4). We're using external SVG files, and when we remove the viewport attribute the rendered PDF is a little bit better but some clipping still exists.
