  Added:       src/java/org/apache/fop/util CloseBlockerOutputStream.java
  Log:
  Special OutputStream decorator that suppresses calls to the close() method. This is 
my new approach for handling filters. Before I used the Finalizable interface (see PS 
renderer). But that didn't work out for the PDF library.
