I forgot to include the patch for BlockLayoutManager that reduces the IPD in reponse to padding-left. Ive also included the wrong PDF the one that shows the unaltered IPD, where the text flows out of the body-region. Note that the coloured backgrounds dont follow the block exactly, but this is a separate issue.
