I already did that. The PDF file can be generated with FOP 0.20.4 correctly both
with the latest DocBook XSL stylesheet (1.62.4) and with an older one (1.60.2).
FOP 0.20.5 generates no PDF with either of the DocBook XSL versions. The last
error message displayed in the output console is:

Flow 'xsl-region-body' does not map to the region-body in page-master 'blank'
