xml-fop site update

The FOP web site Forrest update is nearing completion (finally!). There 
is still an issue with 'BUILD FAILED' result when I run 'forrest' from 
the CLI, however the build appears to succeed beautifully. I've 
uploaded the most recent build to my homepage (speaking of which, do 
committers have any 'personal' space available on apache.org where I 
could put FOP-related stuff like this site build?). In any case, we can 
see an updated xml-fop site at:

http://homepage.mac.com/webmaestro/xml-fop/
NOTE the existence of Whole Site HTML & PDF files at the bottom of the 
left Navigation Links, and forgive the breadcrumb, which actually works 
but appears 'funky' due to being on mac.com instead of xml.apache.org.

Anyway, if there are no objections, I'll make the necessary changes 
(see below*) so the site becomes LIVE with  WHOLE SITE HTML & PDF 
files.

* NECESSARY CHANGES
- mv */book.xml => */book.xml.bak
- place 'site.xml' at xml-fop/documentation/content/xdocs/site.xml file
