Team,

I propose that we make Luca Furini a member of the FOP team.

On 18 March Luca submitted his first patch, which solved a few
problems concerning hyphenation. A few more insightful patches for our
inline layout and hyphenation systems followed. On 20 May Luca
surprised us by a patch which contained a partial implementation of
the line breaking algorithm of Donald E. Knuth and Michael
F. Plass. Later he submitted a more complete implementation in which
he solved the problem of moving the desired requests and data down and
up the stack of inline layout managers. This patch has now been
applied. For his complete list of patches, see [1].

Luca's presence in the FOP team will make a difference to FOP.

Here is my +1 vote.

Regards, Simon
