I fined out that the content in tables was affecting the conditional spacing of
adjacent block.

Here are some examples:
dfg: The pdf file has spacing problems arround the text tableName1.
dfg2: No spacing problems when the tables are empty.
dfg3: Same document as dfg, but printed landscape, no spacing problems arround
tableName1 but arround tableName4.
