The PDF rendered with FOP-0.20.5rc contains the SVG, correctly like displayed with the batik viewer gui. The PDF rendered with FOP-0.93 or 0.94 contains the SVG, but the colors aren't displayed correctly: The SVG seems to be invisible. After patching one file, the problem seems to be solved. Even with more complex XSL/FO scripts the results of the patched FOP-0.94 look fine.
