Not intended, just not handled correctly. Please note that this is a formerly private tool that I wanted to spend as little time on as possible before publishing it on a sunny Sunday. The current code just doesn't detect that it is working with a non-latin font and therefore doesn't adjust the demo string. Everyone is invited to help improve this.
